2000 On the Board of Directors of European engineering company ABB. ABB contracted to supply light water nuclear reactor design and components to North Korea. The nuclear materials can be used for terrorist's nuclear 'dirty bombs' or refined and used to build nuclear warheads. Profit was put before National Security.ABB

1997 Founding member of 'The Project for the New American Century' that calls for Biological Warfare and preemptive use of nuclear weapons.

1983 Met with Saddam Hussein and arranged for chemical and biological weapons, US loans, and US intelligence for Iraq's war against Iran.

1975 Assisted President Ford with apologies and compensation to the family of CIA agent Frank Olsen who died after falling 13 stories to his death from the Pensylvania Hotel in New York City. Frank Olsen worked with LSD and other Biological agents at Fort Deitrich, and in Europe. Questions remain about the use of biological agents during the Korean War.
